The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Does not support current game version, cant launch

I cant launch gta 5 with mods loaded anymore, is this because of a steam update? I think my scriphook v is outdated but i have updated it and it still doesn't work. I have redownloaded gta 5 too

If you want to use LSPDFR, you can remove Scripthook V to continue playing LSPDFR (provided you have an up-to-date version of RAGEPluginHook).

If you want to use ELS (or other modifications that depend on Scripthook V) you will have to wait until an update becomes available, as it hasn't been updated yet.

Don't you need Script Hook V for all the call out plugins too?, or is it just ELM/ELS?.
