Upon launching GTA5 through RGH the game itself launches however RGH remains frozen on 'launching'. i have redownladed the mods and changed RGH to 60,000 however nothing is working. Please help

It's called RPH = Ragepluginhook.
Try to start gta first, once you are ingame start RPH.

I started the game then RGH but this is the message that shows up now, it freezus on launching game then it says unable to launch.

Its called RPH, not RGH.

Do you have multiple versions of gta installed?

sorry i meant RPH, no i dont have any different versions installed. I just bought the game recently on Steam

Does it work if you load into singleplayer first normally and then start RPH?
