adding mutiple cars to gta 5

I was wondering if there is a way to add multiple cars and trucks and such to gta 5 and having those extra vehicles available to use in game at any time? i know there used to be a way in gta sa to add multiple extra vehicles and such through a free ids setting. i was wondering if such a method could be employed with gta 5. and or if someone could develop such a method to address having extras available.
