Good Abraxas, first of all congratulate you on your work which I admire and say you use all your mods, wanted to consult you said that thing about the helicopter, is a model specifically EFLC The Ballad of Gay Tony, will we have to replace some model GTA IV or introduce it as a new vehicle with OpenIV?

  • Bait car anyone? Sadly there is no way to tell LCPD:FR to start pursuit, so it will end in normal pullover and from then LCPD:FR takes control.

Also, do you think you could make it so that when you attempt to tow emergency vehicles, it would send the relevant person out to drive it away? I'd settle for just cop cars doing that.

No need to replace anything. Helicopter will work only in TBoGT as only there the Skylift model is available.

Normal cars and vans - Biff and Packer Trucks

Big vans and trucks - driver comes to fix it and drive away

Destroyed trucks, helicopters and boats - if you have TBoGT helicopter will come to take it (not available in areas with many high rise buildings)

If every previous method is not available for some reason - magic, vehicle to tow will just disappear.

All sounds good there, though disappointed that non-EFLC won't get any heli pickup. Maybe we could have the Annihilator come if the Skylift isn't available? Not a big loss since you mention there would be times it wouldn't work anyways.

 

As for the emergency idea, it all depends on how good the script is at checking vehicles. I'd be great to have the specific ped be dropped off by another of the same type of vehicle (e.g. a cop car drops a cop off to drive away in a cop car, an ambulance drops off a medic to take an ambulance, firetruck for firetruck, or maybe just a cop car to drop all of them off.) Just an optional suggestion, though.

 

Another Q: The Ambulance can be towed, and it's about the same length as the Packer and Biff, which can't. Would it be possible to change that? Sometimes those trucks can't drive to save their lives and end up flipping.

I tried to fit EVERY car on back of Biff or Packer. Ambulance is the biggest car that fits on Packer, Biff is just too big. Now it will be taken by driver or Skylift.

I was hoping for it as a replacement for the towing option for emergency vehicles, so instead of towing at all, a unit would be sent to retrieve it. Otherwise, might as well keep it simple like the default plan. Either way works fine in the end.

If I my opinion, it always comes arregar mechanical and / or drive the damaged vehicle to take it to a garage theoretical I think the best and most realistic option, I can not see a doctor before arranging an ambulance to take her ;)

I wounder is Kevin D International will fit the bigger vehicles on the bed!!

It's getting a bit complicated. Ok policeman comes to take cruiser, but cruiser is wrecked. Now what? Officer will fix that? He's not a mechanic :)

Usekey = no;

In the usekey NO, no turns off call key, continues to operate.

Oh sh.. Thankfully I've made that mistake as I set "no" as default and most people would have to change their ini file on the start.

 

change that line to:

and it should work. I'll upload fix for that when I get any report of working or not Skylift in multiplayer.

Changed and is perfect thanks, I did not fall in that the problem was ";" because .ini previous version had it too.

i've uploaded the files to the main bit but how do i remove a car with the scriped? i got the phone where you press "x" and there is nothing there for towing etc..

Can soemone help?
