Hello, I am pretty new here. Today is actually my first day playing LCPDFR. So far its been really fun. I watched a youtube video, and learned something about spark 4, how to add vehicles, thats the only thing i know how to add vehicles. However the vehicles there were almost no lights while on siren. it was just sound. Anyway I was just wondering if anyone can help me figure out or direct me to a post or video on how to customize uniform, vehicles, speedmeter(i noticed a lot of videos have them). and other cool stuff! thx

If you want lights on vehicles you need this mod http://gta-action.gamona.de/downloads/?download=5744 after you install it ingame press J, K, G, U keys to activate lights.

It's basically a mod to allow you to use the lights on modded vehicles. Install it by placing the files in the ROOT folder, then see above quote.

Wow that worked! I just had few more concerns, i just downloaded LAPD uniforms but I pasted those .wtd .wfd files on GTAIV directory but i dont see any changes. also how do i get MPH? sometimes i see someone have a menu on bottom right and some weird stuff like SWRS i cant remember please help! thx

can someone answer for the Uniforms do i put those under vehicles as well? even though they are uniform? just need to know what file to put those under thx

I downloaded about 5 of them non with read me files.

What are the uniform files named? Depending on the file name, they need to be placed in the componentpeds.img or the pedprops.img. For MPH, download IVdashcamV2, which can be found in the download section on this website.

Also I wanted CamView from inside the cruiser from drivers seat how do i do that? I press V, but its only dashcam view from the front, but I want Cam point of view from inside if anyone know what i mean. Please help!!! thx
