Is there much of a difference between the GTX 1060 6GB and the GTX 1070 8GB?

All I need is the GPU to complete my build and there is too much of a choice :laugh: I am looking to run the game of High-Max settings with a decent visual enhancer and a good frame rate

Any help appreciated

 

Edit: Forgot to mention that I have 16GB Corsair LED 3000mhz RAM, a i7 - 7700K and I am waiting on my Samsung EVO 850 SSD
