if no one told him about why it does that, then it must be that the game version he has is not supported by the ragehook plugin, so if he has the latest version of gta v, he has to get ragehook plugin .57 from ragehookplugin.net and download it in order to support the latest version of his gta v. hoped that help if no one else helped out.
