Hey folks.

Wondering if anyone knows of a quick way to delete all the files in the GTAV directory that are not related to the vanilla game? I'm looking to delete all the LSPDFR files, and all the files that are related to plugins to i have a fresh, vanilla install?

Thanks.

You can delete the mods folder, which will delete every modified game file within that folder, however, for files such as plugins, trainers, etc, your only option (aside from deleting the entire game and reinstalling) is to manually remove/delete the mods.

Best way I think to get back to good, and always maintain a "clean" vanilla, is to have two GTA V folders, one vanilla, one modded. Switch back and forth between which one you want to play by renaming it back to the base folder, and naming the one you don't want to use to _modded or _vanilla.

Right now, if I were you, (depending on your patience), I would rename your current modded folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V_modded, do whatever you need to do so steam thinks it's uninstalled, and redownload, which gives you a fresh vanilla.

That way you don't have to worry too much or be in the situation you are in right now. You always have a vanilla and a mod to play around with. Just takes a bit more hard drive space.
