Two new LA Noire versions are being released, a visually updated remaster for consoles and a VR version for the Vive. I for one am excited about this, as it shows Rockstar still have an interest in the IP with the possibility of doing something with it in the future.

*GASP!* Wow! One of my favourite games is getting remastered!

 

And if you're asking about the Vive thing, it's for looking at blood-stained cigarette packets in the trash.

As @ineseri saw on Steam, I picked this game up not too long ago having never played it before, but haven't played it yet.  Now I'm debating if I should wait for this version instead.

might get this on the consoles, now if only they did a modern version

I love the realism in this game! And you don't find many games that is in this era so I will have no issue saying this game is one of my top choices!

Hopefully the remaster gets a PC release. (I only read about the Switch, XBONE and PS4 version. The PC version seems a bit, horrible when i played it on max a couple months ago. 

Talk about beating a dead horse. Amazing storyline, honestly one of the best I have ever played, but at it's height a lot of people purchased it, so you port to next-gen, players redo all the missions, but then you'll just get bored of free-roam as the company who developed this game from what I can recall it went into liquidation.

 

All in all a great game, but I don't know if I would purchase it again for the improved graphics.

What I really wanted from the game was to be able to drive around as a beat cop from the first part of the game and do the callout side missions almost like LSPDFR, it's a shame they never thought to put that in.
