Hey guys-

I just bought GTA IV for my PC just so I could play this mod. I try to "run" the program to install it and I get this message (PICTURE ATTACHMENT). I also tried to save it to the desktop so I could "run" it as an administrator just like everyone is saying but Norton Internet Security deletes it right away.

Does anyone know what to do or have any suggestions?

Norton 'security' is your problem. Get a decent, reputable anti-virus like Avast.
