Hey- I can seem to even open GTA IV. I have tried to open it and open it as an administrator but it immediately shuts down and says it is due to DEP. A Any suggestions??? PICTURES are attached with problem. Thanks cmattingly

Hey guys- I just bought GTA IV for my PC just so I could play this mod. I try to "run" the program to install it and I get this message (PICTURE ATTACHMENT). I also tried to save it to the desktop so I could "run" it as an administrator just like everyone is saying but Norton Internet Security deletes it right away. Does anyone know what to do or have any suggestions? Thanks
