The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I installed cop holster again for fresh ini files.

I changed the values to true.

I will do it again...because it should work.

Make sure you're changing MP_M_FREEMODE_01 , set funcholster to true, save, and it'll be good.

 

Don't add a new line to the INI, mp_m_freemode_01 is there already.
