well i know nothing inappropriate in lspdfr but in online all i do is heists and rob stores and drive tanks AND MESS STUFF UP. BUT I KNOW not to mod online... ( i dont even know how to )

You can either go to a police station (where the icon is), or press F4 to bring up the Rage console and type forceduty.  However, if you do it this way, you need to use either a trainer or EUP to get your uniform.

Go to your car and press dpad right, or just press the enter vehicle button. Either or works.

Panic button is not standard with LSPDFR. It's a separate mod.

download PoliceSmartRadio from Albo1125 if you want the panic button and other stuff that comes with it

coroner also comes with PoliceSmartRadio and for arrests aim at a suspect and hold E

how do i instal/JUST COPY AND PASTE?

Just copy and paste the contents of the folder into your gta directory

if it asks to replace anything just click yes

All these files comes with readmes that tell you where to install. Just check those.
