Unfortunately, gaming PCs and cheap are not really a thing.  My computer came to over $1.  If you're serious about gaming, the higher prices are worth it.  GTA alone is a huge game that requires a good system to run it smoothly.  If you add modding to the mix, you absolutely have to have a good computer.  On some computers, modded GTA can take you down about 20fps.

hey is a pc that runs 60fps good for gta lspdfr and other mods? ( the alienware alpha is what i am looking at )

never mind i am getting the alienware aurora. reviews say it runs over 100fps while playing game with max settings!

Maybe the best pc ever for 40k...or some pc with gtx 1080's

Do not forget to have a completely vanilla version of your GTA folder on an HDD somewhere as a backup in case something goes wrong. 

RPH does backups but it's always good to have a plan B. It will save you a whole lot of time.

create a  folder named "mods" in your gta directory and place files like x64e.rpf in in BEFORE you modify it (copy and paste the files in)
