Does anyone know the model name of this ped? It sometimes spawns when you go to the main police station.

It's the female multiplayer ped iirc. 

I don't, but next time you meet her, open up the RPH console and type 'kill'.
It's going to show you a list of all entities (peds, vehicles, props,...) aroud you as a suggestion, sorted by distance to your character.

That should help you find the model name.

Like ineseri said it's the female multiplayer ped with a duty belt on. Model name is mp_f_freemode_01.

 Yeah it is mp_f_freemode_01, checked with RPH console kill command. Does anyone know how to spawn this ped in singleplayer with the belt? Or the mo_m_freenide_01 with belt?

How do you want to spawn the ped? Are you writing a plugin and want to use it there or do you just want to spawn this specific ped while playing?

Well, Currently while playing. Maybe later this year ill use it in a callout.
