Here, I got you. Most of these are NON-ELS. 

 

Pretty much every model prior to December of last year is non-els. It is still the majority of vehicel models

Start at this page and go back from there: http://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/vehiclemodels/?since=all_time&page=15

 

 

You've the ability to sort out ELS and Non-ELS vehicles in the Mods download section of the website.

 

 

From there, you can browse yourself all the non-ELS cars available and make your own opinions about them, because we infortunately aren't you and cannot really know what you'd consider good or bad.

That's because the filter was activated after ELS was released, therefore most authors have not gone back to put it in correctly as the website can't distinguish ELS models from Non ELS models. Go to the page I linked and work backwards, it will give you much better results.
