Combining PEDs [Problem]

Featured Replies

I am trying to put the vest from the SAHP officer here: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/15726-total-cop-overhaul/

Onto the s_m_m_ciasec_01 PED. I added the name of the vest under the .odd, (s_m_m_ciasec_01\accs_001_u.odr) and added the files into the folder that goes with the .odd. I also added the corresponding textures into the .ytd for the PED, but alas, it does not work.

Whenever I try to change the accessory in game there is no option for it in any Trainer.

If you've added a completely new component to a ped, you'll have to edit the ped's ymt file so the game recognizes it.

Problem, is, this is not a widely documented or understood file yet, and isn't and won't be supported by OpenIV's decryption for the foreseeable future. The only way right now is to use the Meta Toolkit, but that will still leave most data in the file in hash form.

How do I edit them for it to work?
