Pursuit With A Destination?

Featured Replies

I'm creating a Search Warrant callout and I'm wondering how I would script it that when I get close to the suspect, it creates a pursuit, then he needs to his vehicle parked outside, get in and drive away.  How exactly would I do that if possible at all.

Thank you for the help!

When the LocalPlayer is x meters from the suspect, do suspectPed.Tasks.EnterVehicle(vehicle); then if the suspect is in the vehicle, suspectPed.Tasks.Drive or something like that then create a LHandle Pursuit.

Thank You, I'll try this

What Toast said...just make him get in the vehicle, and give him a Cruise task, and then immediately trigger the pursuit. LSPDFR will takeover the driving AI from that point.

If you want the suspect to drive to a particular location during the pursuit, you'll have to disable LSPDFR's pursuit AI and give the ped a driving task manually. If you're going to do it that way, you'll have to set the ped's driving style as well, so it looks like he's still trying to get away.

I unfortunately do not have enough free time to answer every PM that I get. For issues with my plugins, please post in the comments section of the file, or it's forum thread. You'll get a much quicker response from me there than if you send me a PM; I do my best to respond to every question in the comments sections.
