The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I did some searching around on the internet after this wild idea i had. I played saints row the third in the past and remembered around the city randomly there would be traffic stops in random locations. I was wondering if this was possible for LSPDFR to make more realism.

    That would be great. The biggest throw back of this add on is the lack of random events like traffic stops, wrecks on the road and such.
