you can try delete your profile in documents/rockstar games/ grand theft auto v/profile and then delete that profile

Remember after you've installed LSPDFR 0.3.1 to go to RagePluginHook website to download and install the most current version of RagePluginHook version 0.52.. Link below

Yep thats what I have it on and be sure to click save and launch, well I'm sure you're smart enough to figure that out :)
