The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

LSPDFR infinite loading to story mode

Featured Replies

Hi guys!

Im from Hungary and i hope u can understand my english.

So, i've got a problem. I installed lspdfr and rage plugin hook step by step, i opened the RAGEPluginHook and when the small window of the gta 5 finished, i pressed the "play" button.

After this, the game loaded these: Velocity limit removed , Patching code , waiting for game initialization , Initializing core , Completing interoperability , Loading Story Mode , Loading and Populating Game World , loaded plugin "LSPD First Response" .  After the game loaded them, i waited about 20 minutes and its still loading. What can i do?

postscript: i reinstalled everything like lspd and RPH and it's still not working. And its a non-steam ORIGINAL gta version.  Hi!

Greetings from Hungary!

Rename your mods folder or temporarily remove it from your GTAV directory and relaunch RagePluginHook and see if it loads..

i removed the mods folder but its still not working.

Go into your GTAV Folder and remove all of those shortcuts.. For example to what I'm referring to below

Remove any others with that shortcut arrow next to it and then try relaunching RagePluginHook

Can you fully launch GTAV into story mode from the PlayGTAV.exe? Not RagePluginHook.. Try just launching into normal story mode to see if GTAV itself works.

Okay so it appears the problem is with GTAV itself.. So you have to get normal GTAV working first or RageHook will not work.. Do a file integrity check on your GTAV game files to see if there are any missing or corrupt game files..

i will re-download it! i hope it will work, thanks for the help! :)

You don't have to re download GTAV, You should try doing an integrity check first.. Reinstalling should be a last resort.. You can verify game files a few different ways.. Commonly I've seen it these 2 ways.. Both should work

Method#1

Go into your Main GTAV Folder and Right Click on GTAVLauncher.exe and select (send to > Desktop (create a shortcut).
Right click on the GTAVLauncher shortcut you made and select Properties -> Look at the Target field, at the end of the path
(example; "C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\GTAVLauncher.exe")<------ at the end here just after the last quotes,

add a space, then type '-verify' (without quotes).
Click Okay or Apply then Launch GTAVLauncher.exe, it should start scanning for missing or corrupt game files.
If it finds any missing or corrupt files, it should fix them. Once the scan is complete be sure to
remove the '-verify' command and click Apply or Okay.

or

Method #2

(Be sure you launch the command prompt as an administrator, type CMD in your Search bar. --> Right-click on it and click "Run as Administrator")
Type "cd c:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V" (without the quotes)  in the command window that pops up. Hit enter.
Type "GTAVLauncher.exe -verify" in this window (no quotes again) and hit enter.

(Note: your file path location of your GTAV might be different for Method#2.. Either change the path or use Method #1)

After the scan is complete, relaunch PlayGTAV.exe if the game loads all the way into story mode.. Exit and try relaunch RagePluginHook at that point.

The problem is, i removed gta 5 from my pc so i have to install it again oooppssss:D

Ahhh okay well next time use that as a last resort. Another thing you can do if you have the hard drive space  is make a copy of your GTAV Folder and all its files after reinstalling and leave the original alone and just mod the copied GTAV files. So you will always have a fresh original copy and not have to spend all the time reinstalling GTAV again.

Good luck and let us know how it turns out please.
