The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I don't know if we have the same issue, but ever since the April GTA update, I had to update script hook. My game crashes right after I get onto the slides of pictures that appear in the loading screen. I'm unsure of what the issue is. 

 

Are we having the same problem?

No launch normal GTA and let it load all the way into story mode and then tab out and try launching RPH
