Search window for firewall and then click on rageplugin hook to allow it to bypass the firewall. If rageplugin is not already in there then click add program.

I have accept RagePluginHook, but same error too

Are you running RagePluginHook as Administrator? Is your GTA folder called "Grand Theft Auto V"?

 No, its good, I have run an administrator but it saying me same message "Bad antivirus or..." :/ I have bypass RagepluginHook of my firewall, nothing too @CouthInk4

It might be. Something is blocking your RagePluginHook. try it without that mod. 

Must I restart my GTA? :(

I don't know how to do... I have try to remove my modmenu but not too :(

What i've asked is all i know on how to bypass/fix this error. if it hasn't fixed it then i'm at a complete loss. Search around the forums, maybe someone else has had the same issue and got theirs fixed

try givin your gta folder the unlock treatment in the security options of the properties of the folder, edit the permissions ans makes sure every line has full control checked
