So after the GTA update I thought I had bricked my game somehow. Reinstalled and then figured out it was Script Hook V weve all been waiting on. Installed the new Script Hook V today shortly after it came out. Nothing. I've started with a fresh copy of the updated GTA, LSPDFR, the most recent Rage Hook, the new Script Hook V from today and the latest ELS. I've installed absolutely no other mods besides the ones listed. Loaded up an Unmarked Charger by TickleMyElmo and i cant get the ELS console to load nor any of the lights. My wig wags and rear coronas flash but thats it. Am I missing something here?

In OpenIV try uninstalling the ASI Loader and reinstalling it.

Tried this just now. Did not work. Also for clarity, I've been playing these mods for almost 2 years so I'm not a super noob, but i do feel like I am missing something stupid.

Because of the new ScripthookV update, mod creators will need to update their mods to work with the updated version.

Did you restart your computer after reinstalling asi loader?

Just restarted. Same problem. Thank you folks for the repsonse.

no issues here with ELS.....droped in the hook and away i went

are your VCFS in the right place?

Your not alone here I've been playing since gta4 I have troubleshooted every problem thrown my way. But I CAN'T WRAP MY HEAD AROUND THIS. I've done  complete reinstall checked everything followed instructions on here nothing. My panel will pop up and els will activate with J key. But all that shows is my wig wags I've tried at least 20 cars and yes my VCF  are all in order. I have no idea

But if I hit takedowns or steady burn my lights turn on. Honestly it was working fine I didn't touch anything and it happened that's what I really don't understand

Typo

I just installed ELS for the first time 3 days ago before scripthook had been updated.  I had to go in and completely uninstall ELS and my MODS folder then install ELS first.  Once I did that I put my MODS folder back in and it worked.

nope still doesn't work I did what you did sheep all I installed was lspdfr rage plugin radiance and else still all I get is wig wags on stage 3 and takedowns

if I use my componets I can turn all my lights on steady burn. when in the past when I hit componets lights would flicker go away does that help at all

same issue not working

hey just got mine working...stupidest thing..if you have red text in the bottom right hit scroll lock...fixed for me lol

I wish that was the problem like I've been saying my light stage activate but all I get are wig wags 

I'm having this same exact problem! Anyone find a solution yet?

same if anyone finds a fix it let me know 

still the same problem no bloom post fx on high/veryhigh but the lights still :(
