I don't get it. You just said that you agree the US should pull out of Syria entirely. But on the other hand, you said this on your very first post on this thread:

Because we cannot put one foot into the door because when the door shuts our leg will get smashed. We either go all the way in or stay all the way out.

Is the open use of chemical weapons not a threat to the US? I may agree that the strikes shouldn't have happened, but to completely avoid a chemical strike apparently triggered by the Syrian government (who've used chemical weapons before) is nonsense. Openly using illegal weapons in war, especially against civilians, is an extremely terrible event. The US should not ignore it; good thing we didn't.
