Traffic Stop Outcomes

Featured Replies

I want to suggest a mod that would make the AI in traffic stops a little bit unpredictable. Basically like in Traffic Policer's ANPR callouts, there's a chance the suspect may come at you with some kind of weapon because IRL, from what I know, officers are trained to handle anything they're faced in traffic stops which includes combative subjects or something like that.

The reason behind this suggestion is that LSPDFR's traffic stops are way too predictable, the subject would either cooperate or would make off. I hope that there are situations where you, as the player, would feel more on edge in traffic stops and in ped stops as well. In LCPDFR, I believe, it has this feature and it would be nice to be implemented in LSPDFR as well.

Hopefully this suggestion can be a game changer.

Trafficstop+ is coming soon.

Also includes other things like better pullover positioning (no longer in the middle of the road) and ambient cops performing traffic stops.

This would be truly be a game changer! Can't wait

Why do that, there is Traffic Policer mod

Why? Why, you ask?

Perhaps it's to make the gaming experience better for the entire community, or maybe he's just doing it out of the kindness of his heart.

Regardless, his plugin will add functionality that Traffic Policer does not offer, and makes the game better for everyone.

With all due respect, your comment sounds disrespectful, and completely disregards the time and effort that goes into software development.

But as khorio said, feel free to not use it, if it's not up to your satisfaction. I mean, it's free, after all...

Please do not PM me for any kind of technical support.
I unfortunately do not have enough free time to answer every PM that I get. For issues with my plugins, please post in the comments section of the file, or it's forum thread. You'll get a much quicker response from me there than if you send me a PM; I do my best to respond to every question in the comments sections. For API/programming questions, please post them in the API Development forum, so all developers can benefit from the answer as well. Thanks!

I can pretty much assure you that the TrafficStop+ will be different to Traffic Policer and not really analogous to it in terms of what it intends to do. I'm looking forward to its release.

What, asking a question is disrespectful? And it looked like it was just going to be the same as Traffic policer, which i don't know what the point of it was.

Been kind of busy with Automatic Roadblocks2 and swat revamped betas lately, but it's slowly getting there.
