I have seen this problem around the forum for nearly 2 months now and there still seems to be no fix from the administrators . Whenever i try downloading a file, it only downloads a corrupted file that is like 1kb big. Does not matter what browser or connection i use. Since i never found a solution other than "wait an hour" i would really want to know what exactly is causing this major problem?

Confirmed, this is happening with all vehicles/scripts. Must be a corruption in file download system.

We don't provide any type of guaranteed service, but I can assure you this is a temporary problem that has not been going on for 2 months. Our monitoring shows this event started around 20 minutes before you posting this topic.

This should be sorted now.
