Cars Driving with no one in it.

Featured Replies

After about an hour or so of playing. I made a traffic stop everything was fine. After the traffic stop, I went to make another stop and it would not blip the car. I discovered that there was no one driving the car. Every car that passed me had no one in it. Not sure if this is a LSPDFR problem or a script I have that causes this.

This is an issue that I believe affects all of us from time to time and is particularly bad after an extended period of time playing.

It seems that in certain situations, the game economizes on memory by spawning vehicles without drivers. I think the default behavior of GTA would be only to do this when the vehicles are far enough away from the player that you wouldn't notice, but running mods seems to make this happen even to vehicles close to you.

Out of interest, what are your computer specifications?

As you might guess, I make PeterUCallouts. I love working to bring LSPDFR players the kind of callouts that strike a good balance between realism and fun and are stable & varied!

I had the same problem. The way I got rid of it was by removing one of my callout plugins and that has seemed to work, for now.
