When i hit alt-t TWICE it dosent pop up! my character takes the deagle and then a deagle icon gets stuck even if i switch weapon... It worked for like 2 days.. then this started to happen!

Go into your First Response.ini and switch:

ShowHolsteredTaserOnPlayer = True instead of False

are you running on EFLC? if so its a problem with EFLC
