Can't find 'Police1' in OpenIV?

I've had this issue for a while now, I can't seem to find police1. I've even used the search function to search 'Police1.ytf" and nothings come up, it doesn't appear to be in any of the patch days either, like 4ng or 9ng. If anyone can help me find it, or tell me what the issue is, I would appreciate it.

Do you know what patch day it's supposed to be in?

I've found it!

 

If anyone else has this issue the files aren't under 'UPDATE' they're under 'x64e'. Thanks!
