Could you please please please help me! I've been looking for cars with the Whelen Delta lightbars for months and months now and no1 seems to be willing/able to do it. I need that lightbar to make my videos more authentic. All the people I've asked haven't been replying. 

I have a forum posting up (nevermind the title, I thought the lightbar was a mx7000 at first, until someone corrected me)
 

Please hook me up, pm me and we can get some business done. I'm ready to sell a kidney, or my own mother to make this happen.

How/where does one purchase a model then?

If you were to purchase one it would probably either be too high poly or too low quality it wouldn't work in GTAV.  As for paying someone else to make one that would be against community guidelines, so your best bet is to just make a suggestion thread.

As steinberg said, you really can't buy things like lightbars off the internet that will work for GTA V and you cannot pay people to make models. If you could, many still would not accept money for it. It is all in due time.

And I know about the guidelines, I just saw a bunch of models saying "purchased by USERX, converted by USERY"... like @Thehurk's police bike. I thought that meant you could purchase them somewhere, a sortof game modeling ebay or something.

Hello, community! Since my last development file, I have created numerous things which I have used in my most recent vehicle model releases. However, I have changed how I would like to continue posting them. Some individuals simply do not put in the proper amount of time when developing a vehicle and I don't think that those who put in hours of effort should be treated the same as those who put in minutes. As a result, my development parts will be individually given to those who are deemed capable of using them properly. In addition, my parts will only be given to those that I know will not only use them properly but will also use them in vehicles which will be released for everyone in the community to use. HOWEVER, this does not mean that I will never publicly release DEV parts. I will continue to post things gradually as more creators put more effort into vehicles. The last thing that I wish to do is hold my creations from the community. Without all of you, I would have never made these parts in the first place. I hope you all understand why I've made this choice.
