The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I have 

RadianceV, MemeEnhancer Enb,VisualV and ELS

I installed RV over VisualV/MemeEnhancer

    its an oiv though, and it would override all the visualv files

    Well, in an earlier version, you could install it manually, I didn't know the installation is exclusively automatic now.

    I made PostFX ultra but not shaders, I just did shaders and it worked thanks guYs!

    I'm having the same issue my lights are very very dull I'm going to try post fx on ultra and shaders
