I cant seem to get my els to work, ive looked at every tutorial known to man and non of them fixes my issue. Currently the back lights are working but the top light bar and/or any other accessories dont flash or light up. im just wondering if this is maybe a global issue as i can't seem to find a fix anywhere, I have reinstalled els completely, tried using old advancedhook.dll, tried using a different pack and i simply cant find a fix. If someone can help me please i would appreciate it.

Fixed: needed heap file adjuster, and to delete openiv.dll and dinput8.dll in the main gta directory, restarting pc and then going onto open it > tools > installing them back on
