All my LSPDFR callouts are just grand theft autos or pursuits. The only thing I can do is shoot the people in the cars and kill them in order to complete the missions. Is there something I'm doing wrong or is there more to it than this?

 

 

As stated with C13 above. You need to install more callout plugins.

 

On the other hand. Im not too sure. You can make a suggestion for that though :)
