Not sure if this is the right place so dont shoot me ;)

I just have problems with lights on service cars/police it lights up to much like on the picture.

Also the car headlights are not giving enough light.

 

Who can help or know what is wrong? or what i did wrong.

 

 

You probably installed a custom visualsettings.dat file that messed up your lights. Reinstall the original one with the back-up you should have made prior to modifying it or delete the custom file from your mods folder. Or install another visualsettings.dat file over it and see if it solves it (RadianceV and all those mods).
