well the golf cart with police lights already exists, someone would need to update it for els... and the scorcher has LSPD already available, and again someone would just need to add lights and such.

no clue what ELS is but sounds fun :)

lspdfr plugin or GTA V crashed? find your Rage log in your gta folder, usually found after ragepluginhook.exe and open it, hit Ctrl a, open pastebin.com, select new paste, hit Ctrl v, get the link after you pasted it and supply that with your issue in the specific mod topic, it helps the developer diagnose the problem you may have.

    It shouldn't be that hard to configure. Use the stock els police11 file it gave you, rename it to whatever the golf cart is and install it. See if it works properly. It should but it may need editing in the file. I might be able to do that if you'd like- assuming the golf cart has no extras.
