This is a custom Police skin for the Scorcher, the mod also comes with a addons such as water bottles and a Police utility bag located behind the seat. 

 

Installation

 

  • USE YOUR MODS FOLDER
  •  Locate x64e.rpf>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf
  • Then replace all the 'scorcher' files with the ones I have supplied in the 'Police Bicycle' folder

 

Future Plans

 

  • Add Police LED's and siren

I managed to solve the same problem using this fix.
