This video was created to show how a little "personal tweaking" can achieve some stellar results with the available modifications (iCEnhancer 2.0, ELS and Luminescence) for GTA 4.

Key Tuning Ingredients IMO:

* Super-Sampling resolution (3k or 5k range).

* SSAO tuning.

* Bloom tuning.

* Max Anisotropy.

* Antialiasing tuning.

FYI: The Detroit Police and Inkster Police vehicle livery are Charger retrofitted versions of the CVPI skins originally designed by Chavezs-mods, all other skins were created by me.

Basically almost all music is blocked here unfortunately. Proxies and YouTube Unblocker ftw.

I really like those light effects, I'm only not really into the lense flare...

I hope you won't mind if I present my personal opinion on the video?

I beg to differ with others.Dunno why but iCENHANCER has always looked plain stupidity to me. 2.0 is no exception.I mean no offence here,neither to the mod developer or to Nutt and the other mod-users,but this is just what I feel.Never liked the looks of it.IMHO,even SA looks better than a IV running icenhancer.And don't get me started on the night,please.Never really got the time to express how I feel about icenhancer so I did it this time.My game copy (which uses Sgt. Kanyo/rob.zombie's timecycle) looks way too better than icenhancer,in my opinion.

In the end,I'd just say that I was presenting my thoughts about icenhancer and they will certainly differ from 90% of the users here,but since you posted the thread,I thought I should express my opinions,too.

PS: Again,I'd like to say,I meant no offence to anybody,its just how I see the icenhancer mod.

None taken bud. We all have our own personal opinions and taste on what we like and don't like. I have always been a fan of ENB, iCEnhancer, Photorealistic and ELS. My main goal for this video was to showcase for those "like me" on how improving/tweaking certain aspects and features of these enhancers can yield some awesome results.

Maybe its 1070 thats screwing it up? I've seen somewhat decent enbs on 1040 patch ONLY.Er...and iCENhancer was never the one I liked.Those weere some custom shaders and lighting setups,achieved with Boris' ENB (don't remember what version exactly).

you use the Corona Pack also i see, light's on the lightbar look a little dark, like you have it's brightness turned down (other emissive)

No corona mod, maybe one of iCEnhancer's features and texture adds. The darker ELS texture patterns varies from mod to mod. Usually EVI's ELS mods tend to have a darker flash pattern in ENB/iCE mods - the ones that I used anyhow. However, there are ways on tweaking them a little without making all the other ELS mods super bright.
