The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Why not police maverick instead of hydrya... seems unrealistic to me. And I don't want to spawn outside the department. Is it something that can't be done?

It's from an old running joke, don't question it.

It's technically more useful than a helicopter though, as it actually has some offensive capabilities whereas the helicopter can only follow people around.

I've known that it's been a joke ever since the launch of LSPDFR, but I've never heard the joke itself. Could you explain? :P

I don't remember the exact origins either :(

Think it was something with a Hydra appearing in one of the teasers, but not sure.
