A wig wag is connected by a wire basically, you can flip the high beams on and make them alternate or hook em to a switch but to get a real bright effect they put a hideaway LED on the headlight mirror and flash like that but yea the high beam can alternate

    on PPM the headlights flash nice and and bright about the only good thing that comes from PPM lol but no i dont think you can

What looked like an LED? The flashing at 5:50 definitely looked like the default high beam. Pause while it's on and look at it.

@Birthofahero10: That's real life. We're talking about in GTA.

That's what I meant. That definitely seems as if PPM is rapidly turning on and off the high beam headlights.

hmmm it seem's probable, i would like to know if it is possible without actually installing the mod, however, the strobes actually look, strobeish.

EDIT: If you turn ELS light speed down, the headlight's flicker really fast, but the lightbar light's are REALLY slow
