hi guys i have installed bxbugs123  2011 CROWN VICTORIA - CVPI 1.7U 1.7U. im just wondering if there is any way to uninstall the package installer so I can use a different car? theres nothing in the readme file about uninstalling. please help

Did you install the .oiv or did you install it normally?

i installed it by using the package installer via open IV

Simply restore the backups you made prior to installing the mod. You may also be able to overwrite with any other mod.

is that the only way to uninstall ?and if so could you please tell me how i do this ? Do i use open iv?

To restore to default models, yes. You install it just like you'd install a mod, except you are copying over the backup instead of mod files.

just replace police 4.... in 64e or patchday4.. If you add police 4 to any newer patch it will overwrite it.
