That song's in English, but it was featured in an anime series. And yeah, I do like a lot of Japanese songs. I have a diverse taste in music, I can go from '80s, to EDM, to WWII march songs, to metal (only Sabaton though), etc etc. I mostly like individual songs rather than genres or artists/groups though.

Ah that's interesting. I like a few oldies but mostly the main stream ones, like "take on me" and "turn,turn,turn". How do you feel about rap and hip/hop?

I generally don't listen to those genres, but there are some songs I like. Really the only thing I can't stand is screamo and those weird "experimental" genres. "Opposites of Adults" posted above is one hip hop/rap song I do like, probably because of NFS too.

I'm quite into these funky disco style songs at the moment.

Generally the picture has nothing to do with the song, but I know that a lot of people don't like anime regardless so I try to find versions without anime images. Bate Rigason's stuff seems to only be on SNR though, which is an anime themed music channel, so not much I can do there to not deter people. They're good songs!

Oh I know this one, I wouldn't listen to it all the time, but it's not something I'd skip either. Speaking of which... hehe... Mafia 2 totally got me into this.

This reminds me of Vice City FM in EFLC. 

A finnish metal band.

 

Not any finnish metal band, it's Hevisaurus, a metal band for kids. Yes, for kids. Their audience is around 10-12 years old. They're so popular in Finland that there's figurines of them for the kids, and they even released a movie about how the band came together in 2014 ( of course it's pure fantasy, it's a kids movie, but you know).

 

Maybe if our kids listened to this kind of music instead of shitty stuff like Nicki Minaj and the like, their generation wouldn't be so screwed.
