Ok, don't get mad at me. I have my vehicles where I want them model and skin wise, also have  EUP installed. I like what I see with RDE, but I don't want to over write my vehicle models/EUP stuff....would this mod do that?

Yes it will, unless you remove them from the modification. RDE adds new police slots (police - police5) and so fourth. It won't actually overwrite your files, it'll just take priority.

I can really recommend RDE. If you don't like the vehicles there, use RDE as a "base" to install your mods in. 

You can have both if you modify the dlclist file though.
