Terrible act. Apperently the suspect handed himself in to local authorities, thankfully. The event seems to have played out at a facility for handicapped persons.

My condolences goes to the victims and their families.

My condolences to those lost and their families. Luckily mass killings aren't a part of life in Japan, which makes this attack even more bizarre and tragic. 

Urgh the comment on that Mirror article...

This is the worst mass killing in Japan since World War II. Yes, WORLD WAR II. Events like this are pretty much unheard of in modern day Japan, and it's disgusting that the attacker targeted disabled people most likely in wheelchairs. Supposedly he wanted disabled people to "disappear".
