Removing lightbars without editing model?

Featured Replies

I assume it can be done using extras in carvariation or vehicles. But I have no idea how. Can anyone help?  @Yard1 maybe?

If its an extra you can just remove it in game however if it isn't I don't believe you can without editing the model in Zmodeler 3

yeah depends on if the vehicle allows for it. if the lightbar is considered an extra than yeah. edit your vehicles meta, find the vehicle you want to do it with, remove the flag lines that say "FLAG_EXTRAS_REQUIRE" or "FLAG_EXTRAS_ALL".

If you do this though, the spawned vehicle or responding backup vehicles might never have lightbars, in which case i would suggest using just a slicktop vehicle in one of the other police spots if you still want standard marked units with light bars driving around.

you can remove it when you chose your vehicle in LSPDFR or you can remove it with an ingame trainer.
