Assume anything you hear or see about GTA:V is fake unless it's coming directly form Rockstar or a reputable source, none of the GTA:V "news" or "rumour" site.

I've got to agree with the others, don't believe anything unless its from R* as you'll most likely be disappointed.

Plus, when I scroll down their is a in-game "Ferrari". I seriously doubt this would be in the real game.

What Tom said, that Ferrari is a modded one in GTA IV, look at the background.
