You can't enable the radio from every other car in a police car. The police radio is for the police car. Even in real life, you have the police radio.

 

Old thread, but I do hope you realize that every modern police car has both a stereo system AND a police radio (obviously). If there was no music in police cars half of the LEOs in the world would be falling asleep at the wheel...
