The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I would recommend taking out Secondary Callouts just for a sec just to test and see if it stops the crashing and if it does there is your problem, and you will most likely have to wait for the developer to update the plugin to fix the issue or just leave it out for the time being until it does get fixed/updated

as according to that screenshot ragehook is showing secondary callouts caused the crash.

I'll give that a shot. Just curious, how were you able to tell Secondary Callouts was causing it (Never mind, I just saw the line mentioning Secondary Callouts).

ragehook showed that in the stack trace in the screenshot:

since I am a developer I have to know how to read program output and stack traces to debug/find out why a program crashed.

as if you are a developer and don't know how to read stack traces/program output you are going to have a really hard time debugging/making a program.
