Pleased to say that I managed to get my coroner & tow truck working again as both were crashing LSPDFR.

 

Then I was trying to solve some of my regular crashes after 5-10 minutes of play.  After I deleted some old Microsoft C++ programs, I can play for a lot longer. 

 

Now to work on why some of my other plugins have stopped working after I installed the new version of Siren Mastery.

Congratulations! I would never have the persistance to figure out what crashes my game. :P

Likewise. If my game stops working or crashes I spend an hour or so troubleshooting, if that fails, I just don't play until the next big update/patch or something. The amount of issues some people on here seem to have just astounds me.

If a genie came to me and said "You get two options, you either get to wish to end world hunger or wish to make every game stable, and every mod work stable and perfectly with every game."

... Well.. I'd no doubt enjoy the long crash-free LSPDFR session that follows.

This is the first game that I've ever modded & I'm learning a lot about what works & what doesn't.

 

I found this massive list of issues that people are having & this appears to be merely with the vanilla GTA so imagine what LSPDFR mods do. Your mileage may vary.

I don't think that is how CPR is done. 

 

At one stage, I was in HWP100 & partner was on the bike & he raced off somewhere himself so I continued solo. He came back when I asked for code 3 backup. 

 

He got knocked off his bike & the game said that he was dead or ceased to exist. I called EMS anyway and this is how they saved him.

i don't know what you guys do to your games to make it so unstable because my game rarely crashes at all. The only thing I know that crashes my game is that shitty ec135 helicopter model, incredibly poorly made model and likes to crash the game at the drop of a hat.

which is no easy task because I've been making car mods for over a year and I've had game crashes from my models twice. Ever

Same boat, game is very stable, (apart from FPS due to the amount of scripts i have)

I really don't know the cause of all the drama, I would help but i've never really had the problems

The latest update really killed everything for me but prior to that it was much better with somewhat less crashing

For me, the main cause of game crashes (excluding dodgy scripts/plugins) is high-poly cars. It's definitely a GTA thing, as I have a decent PC and almost every other game runs at a solid 60+fps (and some of the exceptions are games like Mafia 3, which is known to be badly optimized). I almost wonder if its something dodgy in one of the more advanced graphics settings that perhaps you guys have disabled, that cant handle all the poly's. Whatever it is, any car over 200K poly's is like a ticking time bomb for my game.

I don't know what cheese you run your GTA on but mine is fine. 50-60FPS

Does anyone know what an ETA is on an Ambulance being released??

There is an ambulance model you can download but it's not very good. Rolls at just about every corner and the lighting is shithouse.

Yeah. I only crashes I've ever had are when I balls up a .meta file. 

 

Otherwise perfect FPS, great graphics, everything.

It's in the works. Unfortunately I have exams next week.
