Do you know what types of siren are used by police forces? In particular Chicagp police, Illinois State Trooper, Miami-Dade police, Florida State Trooper, Texas State Trooper and Arizona State Trooper? I mean the various Federal Signal models like SS2000 or Touchmaster Delta, or PA500L. Do you know anything about this? Thanks in advance!

I could be wrong but I think FHP use Mastercom B.

Most departments use different sirens to one another. There isn't a "universal" siren used by all departments.

They could technically use as many sirens as they want. Just requires some programming in the siren controller.

I'm not positive but I believe the Whelen siren. I know for sure it's the one Acadian Ambulance uses. And they sound similar. I downloaded Whelen Cencom Red and it sounds pretty great

What siren does North Carolina Highway Patrol use? I can't find it anywhere.
